1. Agreement to Terms

We do not claim any ownership rights over Your Content. However, by uploading, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute Your Content on and through the Site for the purpose of operating and providing our services.

For donations to DJs and other payments on the site, we use the payment processor Helio. By making a donation or purchase, you agree to Helio's terms and conditions. We do not store credit card or crypto wallet information. All transactions are handled securely by Helio.

5. Technology Platform

Our site is built and maintained using Google's Firebase services, ensuring high performance and security. Site availability is subject to Firebase's terms of service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Quintana Roo, Mexico, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the state of Quintana Roo, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
